Westcave Cellars Winery & Brewery has been a happy client of Website Design Austin Texas since 2016. The support team of D'Ann Hedges and Brandon Kelly have always been speedy, but with the constant changes we experienced during this Covid year, they have worked beyond their contract at times to keep us in business. They responded to requests the same day and helped the website flourish when our business was closed. We also rely on Andrew Echavarria for SEO services. Westcave moved to a new location early in 2020. Andrew worked behind the scenes to find all the sites that needed updating with information and photos. For some reason recently, Westcave was flagged for not being in business and was removed from Google Maps. Andrew worked closely with Google and myself to resolve the issue. He often makes suggestions on how to move us up in the rankings. I am computer illiterate, for the most part. D'Ann is quick to fix any problem,  She's responsive and listens.  My website is up-to-date and easy to use.  She's made it possible for us to update minor things ourselves.  I love it.  I recently "caught a virus" on my email and her servers stopped it and protected me.  She quickly took action and restored my account from the nasty hackers trying to steal my account.  Amazing!!  Very good at what she does.  And she speaks my language and not the tech-jargon I've had others use on me.  Good work!

As I launched my new business, I wanted to be watchful of my expenses, although, I didn't want to sacrifice quality. After checking numerous references, I selected Website Design Austin Texas. I am very happy with the quality of my website. Website Design Austin Texas followed through on their commitments including designing a great website and providing excellent customer service. From their perspective, I probably wasn't the ideal customer since I kept putting them off every time they needed me to do something (I was going in ten different directions starting my business) but they didn't let that bother them and kept nudging me along nicely. As a result, my website got up in about 2 weeks. The customer service also can't be beat. They make changes that I request to my site immediately and they are open to suggestions. I recently told them I was interested in having someone manage my facebook account and now they are working on offering that as a service.

They did a great job giving us a fresh new look, and offered really interesting things that I never would have thought to do, like having the website in Spanish and English.
